(she/her, they/them)

I'm a Spiritual Life Coach who helps seekers, sensitives & empaths find freedom,

aliveness, and fulfillment by stepping off the beaten path and creating the lives they feel called to.

All of the most pivotal and powerful moments of my life have taken place when I’ve listened to my intuition & taken the road less traveled.

For me, taking unexpected (or seemingly preposterous) turns that feel aligned has always led to deeper fulfillment. For instance:

- Taking a group-travel trip to Peru as a teen where I discovered who I am and how I wanted to be in the world.

- Taking a gap year after high school to travel by myself and intern at an LGBTQ+ rights nonprofit.

- Volunteering at a holistic retreat center where I found a spiritual home and explored somatic healing.

- Pursuing certification as a Life Coach after working in other unrelated fields for years.

- Traveling with a mentor to Ecuador for shamanic plant medicine ceremonies.

- Deciding to move to Boulder, CO to seek community and further spiritual & professional education.

Each of these were things I chose to do. However, none of them were expected, run-of-the-mill decisions. None of them took place by listing pros and cons, or by listening purely to my head or to the people around me.

Each of them was made by tuning into something else-- my heart, body, or spirit... even before I had the words for it.

Each of them required going out on a limb and stepping away from the myth of “normalcy” I'd bought into.

Each of them were decisions made by instinct, impulse, & grounded intuition-- knowing “yes” without yet knowing why or how.

We are all shaped by our experiences and decisions, as well as the privileges and opportunities that make them possible.

And let's be clear: there are no "wrong" turns.

But when we do have a choice, all too often something stands in the way of us following what our hearts or spirits are guided to.

Trusting your intuition isn’t always easy. In fact you might face resistance in yourself and in others-- such as fear, family, society, and inner critics. Navigating and sustaining big change is challenging.

But that’s why I’m here: to offer the support you need to step unapologetically into your full self,

embody your sacred purpose, and create a life that excites you.

So let’s find the path you are meant to pursue. Let’s clarify why you’re here and what you want to do with your time here on Earth. Let’s remove the limitations-- internal and external-- that keep you from being fully alive and fully you in every aspect of your life.

BECAUSE THE WORLD NEEDS YOU. And I believe it's your birth right (and sacred duty) to inhabit your true nature.
