MY JOURNEY TO WHOLENESS
Hey there, I’m Aubree (she/her).
I’m a Certified Life Coach who helps young spiritual seekers & sensitives
find radical freedom, aliveness, & fulfillment by stepping off the beaten path and creating the lives they feel called to.
I coach hesitant risk takers and introspective noise makers-- those who want to
step out of the box & off the straight and narrow, but don't yet know how.
I'm also a queer woman, a spiritual seeker, & an empath, myself.
All of the most pivotal and powerful moments of my life have taken place when I’ve taken the road less traveled.
For me, taking unexpected (or seemingly preposterous) turns that feel aligned has always led to deeper fulfillment. For instance:
Taking a group-travel trip to Peru as a teen that showed me who I was and how I wanted to be in the world.
Taking a gap year after high school in order to work, step away from the social fray, figure myself out, and seek new adventure.
Volunteering for a summer at a holistic retreat center, where I found a spiritual home and explored spiritual & somatic healing.
Pursuing certification as a life coach after working in other industries for years.
Deciding to move to Boulder, CO to connect with community and pursue further spiritual & professional education.
Each of these were things I chose to do. However, none of them were expected, run-of-the-mill decisions. None of them took place by listing pros and cons, or by listening purely to my head, or to the people around me.
Each of them was made by tuning into something else-- my heart, body, or spirit... even before I had the words for it.
Each of them required going out on a limb and stepping away from the myth of “normalcy” I'd bought into.
Each of them were decisions made by instinct, impulse, & grounded intuition-- knowing “yes” without yet knowing why or how.
We are all shaped by our experiences and decisions. And let's be clear: there are no "wrong" decisions. And there is often a lot that is out of our control-- such as our health or wealth status, and how we intersect with systems of oppression.
But when we do have a choice, all too often something stands in the way of us following what our hearts or spirits are guided to.
I feel so lucky that I’ve been able to take each of these leaps, because each has dramatically transformed me and my life. Without any one of them, I would not be who I am today, and I would not be able to guide other young people to their own sense of aliveness & alignment.
Taking the road less traveled isn’t always easy. In fact you might face resistance in yourself and in others-- such as fears, family, social expectations, commitments, or your own inner critics. Navigating and sustaining big change is challenging. But that’s why I’m here:
to offer the support you need to take a risk, make a change, and live the life you're actually called to.
So let’s find the next step in your journey, both spiritual and literal. Let’s clarify why you’re here and what you want to do with your time on Earth. Let’s remove the limitations, internal and external, that keep you from being fully alive and fully you.
Because the world needs you. And you have a birth right to inhabit your true nature.

Let's talk about where you are, what you need, and see if this is the right fit. I can't wait to talk & get started.
